Setting up your Profile / Getting Started
|
After you have selected your desired option within the "Get a Profile" tab in the Main Menu, you are required to enter your name, email address and password upon registration, while also paying your subscription fee. After your payment has been accepted, you will be emailed an activation link to the email provided. If you do not receive this confirmation email, FIRST check your junk email folder, THEN try logging in to GoMatador.com using your email address and password. This action will generate a new confirmation email. You must click this provided link to activate your profile.
Next, you will want to login in with your user name and password (at the bottom left of the front page of GoMatador.com), to see your profile page. Your user name is your first and last name OR you can login using the email address provided at registration. To edit the fields for public view, mouseover the EDIT tab in the upper left of your profile section (see the Figure below) and select UPDATE YOUR PROFILE.
Within the EDIT tab you will find many fields which will provide those seeking home-based opportunities information about you/your company. The higher level of profile selected, the more fields are available. Remember, this is what users browsing for information are going to see when they find your profile in a search. Please be sure to give an honest, accurate assessment of your opportunity! Users can report profiles they feel are misleading.
