YES, you may unsubscribe at ANY time.  Within your profile is a tab titled SUBSCRIPTIONS which contains information about what level your profile is currently, and what your upgrade possibilities are. At the bottom of this section is an UNSUBSCRIBE button that can be used at any time.  Also, you may unsubscribe by emailing us.  GoMatador.com does not provide refunds in any form.  Profiles and some banner/tile ads that are charged on a per month basis are NOT pro-rated.  If payment is accepted and a user decides to cancel his or her subscription or advertisement during the advertising period, no refund will be given.
